TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GROSVENOR CASINO DIDSBURY

1. DEFINITIONS

The terms used throughout these Terms and Conditions will have the following meanings:

• "Grosvenor" means Grosvenor Casino Didsbury;
• "Venue" means the premises at which Grosvenor is situated, including all facilities and services provided by Grosvenor within such premises;
• "Customer" means any individual who enters or uses the Venue for gaming or entertainment purposes;
• "Staff" means employees or agents of Grosvenor.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS

The Customer must be at least 18 years old to enter or use the Venue for gaming or entertainment purposes. ID may be requested and verification procedures will be followed in accordance with UKGC regulations.

3. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICES

Grosvenor shall follow responsible gambling practices, including enabling Customers to request time-outs from gaming activities, entering self-exclusion schemes, setting personal deposit limits, and providing guidance on taking breaks.

4. ID AND VERIFICATION PROCEDURES

The Customer must provide satisfactory proof of age and identity to Grosvenor staff upon entry or use of the Venue for gaming or entertainment purposes. Verification procedures will be followed in accordance with UKGC regulations.

5. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Grosvenor reserves the right to refuse entry to, or restrict play by, any individual who is under 18 years old, intoxicated, abusive, self-excluded via national or operator schemes, suspected of breaching security, cheating, or money laundering rules, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

6. GAMING RULES AND PRACTICES

The Venue will operate electronic gaming machines (EGMs) and online content that have been tested and certified by independent laboratories for RNG integrity and game maths. Table games follow fixed published rules supervised by trained staff and UKGC compliance officers to ensure fair dealing and transparent odds.

7. USE OF VENUE AND FACILITIES

Grosvenor shall provide a safe, clean, and pleasant environment within the Venue. Customers are expected to use all facilities responsibly and respect other users of the Venue.

8. DEPOSIT LIMITS AND TIME-OUTS

Customers can request deposit limits or time-outs from gaming activities with Grosvenor by contacting staff in accordance with Section 9 below.

9. SUPPORT AVAILABILITY

Staff will be available throughout the Venue's opening hours to provide support and assistance to Customers. Central support teams may have extended hours for online services, but in-venue assistance is aligned with Didsbury's daily trading times.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

Grosvenor shall protect all personal data provided by Customers in accordance with UKGC regulations and relevant data protection legislation.

11. CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions may be changed or amended at any time without prior notice to the Customer, as deemed necessary by Grosvenor for regulatory compliance or other reasons.

12. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law and any disputes arising hereunder will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration service provider.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Grosvenor and the Customer and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, between them.

By entering or using the Venue for gaming or entertainment purposes, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
